Kelly Freis CEO

Ms. Kelly Freis, Founder and CEO, holds a BA degree from Columbia University in New York City. She is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in international business consulting services. She has been instrumental in the growth and success of several American-based companies.

Her focus has always been companies that strive for rapid growth and job creation. She was a major contributor to the 2017 complete fulfillment of major construction developments “Next on Lex”, “Next on 6th” and “Hilton Hotel” at a combined total of more than $500 million in real estate. She is regularly consulted with regard to the placement of both debt and private equity for early-stage clients.

Along with her husband Jon, together they run opens in a new windowThe Hollywood Regional Center, (HRC).

Coming from a professional film and television background, Ms. Freis has successfully produced several award-winning, internationally distributed feature films and television series. She is a voting member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Ms. Freis is actively involved in several charities that help support community efforts in education, job creation, and business growth. She is a former member of the US Ski Team.

Adrian De Leon

As a licensed attorney and a consummate entrepreneur, Adrian De Leon has 19 years of business experience and has served as a board member, Interim-CEO, COO and other executive positions for several companies.

Mr. De Leon is a co-founder and board member of MACE Enterprise USA, Inc., an advisory and management company that focuses on applications of stem cell technologies for various indications, with special focus on the treatment of degenerative neurological diseases, as well as proprietary cellular wall modifications of stem cells to prevent the human leukocyte antigen response. MACE also manages business divisions focusing on digital applications to facilitate health-related e-commerce and concierge medicine and cross border transactions between the US and various foreign markets.

Mr. De Leon has extensive international business experience and was a co-founder and shareholder of the Los Angeles law firm Worldwide Crossing Law Group, PC. With his legal expertise in corporate and business law, investment immigration and international transactions, he advised both foreign and domestic clients in a wide range of business sectors. Prior to this firm, Mr. De Leon served with the Las Vegas law firm, Chesnoff, and Schonfeld, P.C., where he worked on several high-profile cases. Mr. De Leon continues to provide legal services to select clients through his law firm The Law Offices of Adrian G. De Leon.

Mr. De Leon was a shareholder of and served as the Vice President of Operations for the Hollywood Regional Center, a USCIS certified administrator of EB-5 immigrant investor visas. Mr. De Leon has extensive experience in international business transactions and working with foreign investors.

Mr. De Leon has served as a director, board member, and advisor for several non-profit organizations committed to environmental issues, health, and child education. He mentors youth through the Los Angeles based Youth Mentoring Connection and he is an avid scuba rescue diver.

Mr. De Leon received a BA from Pomona College with a degree in Biology/Biochemistry and then attended UNLV-William S. Boyd School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor degree concentrating on business law, international law and taxation. Mr. De Leon is licensed to practice law in California.
